The 2019 Air Force Research Laboratory Annual Awards

Creating a consistent, memorable motif for an annual awards event recognizing excellence across a globe-spanning scientific research organization.

Annual Awards Poster

Given the client's vision of a child's awe and wonder at new discoveries, I crafted a design that merges a little girl and a telescope with a collage of images from across the many AFRL directorates. Blue and silver color washes match the colors of the United States Air Force.  

Awards Program

I further extended the motif into a printed program for attendees to follow along with the ceremony and for award recipients to keep as a souvenir. 

Annual Awards Presentation 

I carried the motif forward into the event itself to create a dynamic slide show honoring the many award nominees and recipients.
